Being part of the Product Education and Enhancement Program, reminders will be sent to members via SMS on their unutilized entitlements on the third and sixth month prior to the expiry of the entitlement validity. In addition, we are in the midst of upgrading our system to allow members to check their entitlement balance online via our website.
For any entitlement balance that cannot be utilized after its validity period, an Entitlement Extension Fee shall be imposed as follows:

| Extension Period | : | 1 year from the date of expiry |
| Effective Date | : | 1 June 2010 |
